4 Weeks Old

Keegan is four weeks old now and trying to SMILE! Last night I was rocking him to sleep and he attempted to smile. It was the cutest thing because he doesn't have it completely down yet but he was sure trying. I yelled for Eric to come into the room and see him, he couldn't believe it either because it was so unexpected! It won't be long until he has smiling and laughing down! He is also growing like crazy! I bet in a week or two he will be out of his newborn clothes. I can't wait for his doctor's appointment Monday to see how much he weighs and how long he is now.

Keegan's Blue Eyes

Keegan is starting to be a little more alert these days, which is really nice to see those blue eyes open longer. Here are a few pictures of him over at his Grandma Mintert's house.

Bath Time

Keegan is now taking his baths in his big boy bath tub. He doesn't mind the bath for the first couple of minutes but then it just goes down hill from there. Good thing he is little and it doesn't take long.
Doesn't mind it at first

Just checking it out

Here is where he has had enough

All cozy in his bear bath towel and has his pacifier

Ready for his pajamas

2 Weeks Old

Already? I can't believe Keegan is already two weeks old! The time has just flown by! The last month of my pregnancy seemed to drag on forever and now I don't know where the time goes.

Keegan got to spend the afternoon at Grandma Pflum's with Macie and Gavin. He mainly slept the whole time but we got him to wake up for a picture with his cousins. Taking the picture was a little challenging. Keegan didn't want to open his eyes, Macie wouldn't peel her eyes off Baby Einsteins, and Gavin was having fun playing with Grandma.

Four Generations

Keegan got to meet his Great Grandma Stewart and we did a four generations picture.

Time to go Home

We were so fortunate to be able to come home on a nice and sunny day especially with the terrible weather that we've been having. Keegan did really good in the car, he just slept. Which was really nice cause that would have been a long 40 minutes if he hadn't.

Keegan Eric

Keegan has arrived! He was a big 7lbs 11oz. Our doctor said that we didn't need a second ultra sound since my measurements and weight gain was right on track, so we didn't know what they were estimating him to be. I was guessing that he would be in the 6lb range so that was a bit of a surprise.

I love this picture of him! It was right before a little melt down.
