Carving Pumpkins & A Very Proud Mommy Moment!

This afternoon Eric carved a pumpkin and Keegan finger painted his. Eric is so funny, he carved the pumpkins mouth so it has the same amount of teeth as Keegan and in the same spots as Keegan's teeth are. I would have loved to have gotten pictures of Keegan decorating his but it took two of us to control the situation.

So later on tonight after dinner, we brought in the pumpkins so Keegan could get his picture taken with them.  As I am taking his picture, he starts standing ALL BY HIMSELF!!!!! It was perfect that I had already had my camera out! That doesn't happen all that often.  Eric and I couldn't be more proud of him!! He was so cute because he knew he was doing something good to make mommy and daddy jump up and down with excitement!

Pumpkin Patch!

Sunday was a beautiful day so we took the opportunity to take the kids to the pumpkin patch!

Such A Big Boy!

Keegan got his first bang trim so we can say bye bye to those stringy hairs.

It was nice to have my mom there to catch him just in case so I could take pictures.

Keegan & His Pacifer

I thought this story was so cute that I had to share. Keegan loves his pacifier! Not necessary to always suck on but he loves crawling around with it and banging it against other things. He has become our little Bam-Bam. He will try to find it before he will crawl around the house. Well I guess he figured that since we stick the pacifier in his mouth that he would try sticking it into our mouths. Us three always laugh at this and we think its a fun game. I am proud of him that he knew that since we have mouths too to try and put the pacifer in our mouths. Well, last night we are all hanging out in the family room and we look over and Keegan is trying to force his pacifier into Lexie's mouth! We just about died from laughing so hard! He is such a goofball! And poor Lexie is looking at us like "is somebody gonna help me!"  He is so fun to watch and it seems like everyday he has more of a personality on him! 

Gavin's 1st Birthday!

Gavin had such a gorgeous day for his first birthday party! Hanna had his party decorated so cute! Gavin loves trucks and tractors so it was appropriate that that was his party theme. If anything makes a loud noise and moves, Gavin is watching it! My dad brought over his tractor and trailer and took everyone on a nice hayride throughout the neighborhood! The kids loved it! They liked it so much that after we ate pizza, Gavin opened presents, ate cake, and then watched Gavin smash his cake, when then went on another hayride. It was a great day!
