Keegan's field trip this fall was to the Magic House. It was nice to go and finally meet some of the kids moms that he talks about at school. Then we went and had a picnic for lunch at a near by park.

Halloween 2017
For Halloween this year Keegan was a fisherman, and Korbin was Lego Batman. We started celebrating Halloween the Saturday before at Korbin's preschools trunk or treat. Then on Halloween, both the boys had their school parade and class parties. Then that evening we went to our friends Matt and Megan's where went trick or treating from there with them and their kids, along with Darrell and Megan's family. Korbin loved being Lego Batman but hated his costume over his Carhartt's. So at the last minute, he decided he wanted to go as a fisherman like Keegan. At least he was able to get some use out of his costume.

October 2017
October was a busy month of doing fun fall activities! Eric's Aunt Jean and her granddaughter Lily came in town to visit! We went to the zoo and to a corn maze out in Godfrey. We enjoyed their company and glad they were able to come up!
The boys had fun going to a couple different pumpkin patches as well. We even had our Clover Kids meeting at one where the kids were able to go on a hayride and do some of the fun activities there together.
At one point we also went to the Paris farm for a few days with some friends. We did everything from fishing and exploring the rivers and farm, to getting a few bow hunts in as well. It was great timing to with the leaves turning colors.
