3 Months Old!

Keegan is three months old today and is talking up a storm! Just in the past couple of days his little voice has been getting a lot louder and he is trying very hard to laugh. He loves to watch Baby Einstein's now, which is awesome for me cause I can get a lot done in those 28 minutes. The other thing that he loves to do right now is put his fists in his mouth! Every time I look over his pacifier is out and those fists are making their way in. 

Keegan's 1st Easter!

Keegan's first Easter was a very eventful day! He started out the morning waking up to his Easter basket, then we headed for church, we ate lunch at his Grandpa and Grandma Mintert's house, and then it was off to my Aunt Joy and Uncle Jerry's house for dinner. We had a very good day and we were unbelievably full by the evening!

We tried to get a picture with all of the cousins but it was a little challenging especially with more babies to hold than bigger kids to hold them. I thought this was a cute picture though of Beckham jumping with his eggs. The other kids look on their faces thinking "how does he have that much energy left after hunting eggs?"

This week Keegan has been going on a few walks with his cousins. Monday Eric, Keegan, and I went to the park so my mom and Macie met us up there and she took the two for a walk while we played some tennis. Eric and I were able to play for about 45 minutes when the high school kids took over for a school tennis match. 

Today my mom, Macie, Keegan, and I went for a rather longer walk. We walked to Hanna's to pick up Gavin, and then we headed to the park. After playing for a while we walked back to my mom's house where the kiddos hung out for a bit and were excited that Baby Einstein's was on.

Then its back to playing other than Keegan who has a little smirk. 

Gavin's Baptism

Gavin's Baptism was this past weekend and he had a gorgeous day for it. Afterwards we went to Hanna, Andrew, and Gavin's house for a nice lunch. She had a taco bar for lunch, and for dessert there was cake balls on sticks in flower pots for the center pieces, cupcakes with Gavin's pictures on them that were made of icing, and a sundae bar. There was so many toppings from sprinkles, fudge, caramel, m&m's, oreos, peanuts, pecans, and fruity pebbles, to even heath bars chopped up. It was very yummy and filling. We have decided that Hanna is our Aunt Joan in the family since she has talent like Joan does.

Keegan's First Lake Trip

This week was Keegan's first time going down to the lake, in fact his first long car ride. He did really good, he just slept the whole time. I think it helps that since Eric's truck is a diesel the noise keeps him a sleep. The weather was just cloudy and gloomy, so he went straight from the truck to the house. The guys however had to install a boat lift in the dock. So they were outside pretty much the whole time. Eric even had to jump into the 47 degree water in his clothes to help stop the lift from sliding off the trailer. Thank goodness that he had some extra clothes and the marina they were at had a warm shower for him to heat back up.
