Deer Stand

The same weekend that me and my mom went to the lake, the guys headed up to the Mintert farm to build Eric's deer stand. While it was in the 70's for us and just beautiful, at the farm it was anywhere between the 40's and 50's with 8 inches snow on the ground. But they all seemed to have a great time and Eric's stand turned out really good!

From left to right: Matt, Josh, Eric, Mike, and Shawn. Jeff is up in the window and my dad is taking the picture. They did a great job!

2 Year Old Pictures

The other weekend my mom and me took Macie and Keegan to the lake for the weekend. While we were there, we took them to Ha Ha Tonka State Park to see the castle ruins. It was the perfect background so I decided to take Keegan's two year old pictures there. I had previously tried to take them down at Frontier Park at the bridge, but he was way to concerned about where the troll was. (If you've ever watched Dora the Explorer, you'll know what I'm talking about. The grumpy old troll that lives under the bridge. I guess it will be a while before we try bridges again.) But I'm super happy of how they turned out and it was beautiful day! I think the temperature got up past 70 that day!

A Busy Sunday

After we went to Immaculate Conception's sausage breakfast Sunday, we had a little time to kill before we went to church at St. Mary's, so of course we stopped in at Farm and Home. Keegan was apparently very tired already and stayed asleep in the shopping cart for a good few minutes when we got there. He hasn't done this for a long time! It was super cute to say the least and he had everyone stopping to watch him. When he woke up he was very happy to find himself at Farm and Home! He loves that store as much as Eric and I do!
Then later at church, Keegan was the best he has every been at church since he could talk! Eric and I were so proud and didn't have to take him out once for talking too much or too loud. (Sometimes it can be exhausting for us at church) He was content with watching all of the people and listening to the music! It was pretty funny at the beginning when we sat down and got situated, Keegan said,"It's showtime!". He had us laughing pretty good! Then later on in the service after the offering and the music stopped, he said, "All done, All done.". He had everyone behind us laughing. He can definitely be entertaining during church sometimes and it is enjoyable to us when he is being really good!

Keegan & Ben

This past Friday I got to watch Ben for a little while! He was so good and Keegan loved playing with him and being my helper! He helped me out from handing me wipes to making sure Ben had his pacifier in at all times. As soon as he seen that his pacifier was out, he would run over there and stick it back in. Keegan is going to be a good big brother!
